SHIPPING

 

Australian Orders 

  • FREE REGISTERED SHIPPING everywhere in Australia. All orders within Australia are sent using Registered Post to ensure delivery.

  • Express Post Options Available

  • Orders are packed & dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide, shipments should appear within 4-15 business days after dispatch. 

  • STANDARD POSTAGE (NON EXPRESS). 

  • Pack & Track International  4-15 business days (trackable online).

  • If Australia Post does not have Pack & Track International for your country we will ship your items using Registered Post (UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS NOT TRACKABLE).

  • Please note we are not liable for any items lost in the post, it is up to the customer to call the postal service to track and locate missing items. 

  • In some countries import duties may apply, these duties will vary from country to country. Import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Additional Shipping Information : 

  • Stock is subject to availability and some stock may sell out after time of purchase due to processing time frames. We will ensure to notify the customer within 2-3 working days. The customer will then be given the option of choosing another scarf,  or cancelling the order.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

  • The Tide and The Moon Collective products are dispatched within 1-3 business days using Australia Post, and we cannot be held liable for errors made by these services. Shipments to the USA can be tracked using USPS once the items leave Australia.

  • Here at 'The Tide and The Moon Collective' we take great pride in our quality, if you do not love your scarf, we will happily accept exchanges or refund for full priced items only.  

 

 Sale Items

  •  Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty

 

How To Return A Scarf:

  • Email us through the Contact Us page,  with your order number, the item being returned and how you would like us to action. 

  • The garment must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached. 

  • The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase 

  • Must be returned within 7 days of delivery. 

  • 'The Tide and The Moon Collective' has the right to refuse exchanges/returns at our discretion. 

  • Return of the item/s is the responsibility of the purchaser and we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post, we recommend registered post.

  • Refunds will be completed once the item is delivered and unpacked in our office.

  • We are happy to replace or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your scarf to prolong the life of it.
