All content, products and prices shown on this site are subject to change without notice at anytime. We make the best effort to display correctly the images and descriptions of our products, including the colours. Colour tones may vary depending on your computer screen.

PRE ORDER:

Products that will be available in the future can be ordered in advance.  We do not take cancellations on pre orders, however the same exchange and return policies to normal purchases apply (see 'Shipping / Returns').  

ORDERS & CONFIRMATION:

Once we have received the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order. We will confirm the order by sending you a Shipment Confirmation via email.  We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where then products may no longer in our inventory.

PRICING:

Prices displayed on the website are all in AUD. We attempt to ensure that information on this Website is as accurate and current as possible. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability and descriptions at any time. At times the information displayed may occasionally be inaccurate, or out of date. We also reserve the right to alter the terms of any special offers or sales periods and sale stock at any time. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.  

PROMOTION CODES:

Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Any refunds provided in relation to goods purchased using promotional codes will be equivalent to the discounted purchase price and not the normal retail price. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Only one promotional code per customer can be used.
